This site has tons of great information. It is mostly set up for Accoustic guitar builders, but a lot of the info crosses over to all types of fretted instrument building. Especially of interest is the Jigs section where builders give tutorials on setting up jigs of all sorts. Highlights are a section on fretting, fretboard radiusing, and construction of a portable spray booth.
