Touch-style tutors?

Does anybody here take classes or have lessons with a tutor who teaches you a touch-style instrument.

Also it would be interesting to hear how people learnt their touch-style instrument, as i can't imagaine there are that many books out there for it.

Did you learn it by ear, from sheet music (tab or notation?), writing your own music or some other method?
