Hi everybody, I've been playin guitar for 6 years now and want to play like Stanley Jordan, Bill Burke etc etc. But where do I start ??? The thing I want to work on the most is the seperation of both hands. One hand playing the bassnotes and the other hand chords and solo's. How do I get used to play like piano players ?? What exercises are there for tap beginners ? And are there exercises for 6stringplayers(normal tuning) also ? 7string players(normal tuning) ? I need some advice ! Thanks !

Since you're in the Netherlands, you NEED to go to the tap guitar seminar in Neufchateau (south of Belgium) in July. You will learn all that and more. (See www.clicmusic.be for info.)
Since I learned hand independence on the piano 20 years before I picked up a tap guitar, I don't really remember how steep the learning curve was, but maybe you could ask a piano teacher for tips?

Hi Jimmy Hendrix,
Well you will be the more welcome student of E-tap 05 of course. Who would not welcome this innovative artist, or its renaissance disciple to E-Tap.
Plus, WE NEED YOU
