Hi all,

I'm new to tapping as I recieved my ADG tuned in 4th (from a low B) a month ago. (thanks to Ray Ashley for his tips).

So I'm experimenting with the instrument for now. I am a piano player.

I'll mainly use the ADG for comping.

I'm interessted in how other tappers here use this instrument for comping. How do you voice chords, jazz chords with one hand or two hands.

With two hands, did you experiment with playing closer notes (well this may be an idea from a pianists ;) ), by playing on the upper register of the bass strings and on the lower register of treble strings?

Could you tell me what string gauges your instrument has?

Thanx!
I'm doing some string investigation these days, to find out what gauges would suit my tapper and playingstyle best.

Hope you're doing ok with your ADG :-)
