Finally got round to giving his site a proper visit
The website at the moment isn't that user friendly, but I'm sure it'll change. The streaming audio files were good, even if we aren't told what the tracks are. Also, I tried many times but I can only get the first video to load.
I see he plays a conventional double-necked acoustic with the top neck as a 12-string. Presumably both are played at once with the use of tapping. I'd like to see that in a video

I heard him improvise in person, and it was a great inspiration to me. He is nice too.
[He seems more reserved on an acoustic. He used to play a 24 fret Hamer with scalloped frets.]
I used to live in Connecticut; it's hard to do anything original there. It's a good place to learn the blues though.
