You can find lessons here:

http://www.warrguitars.com/lessons.html
I also attached an exercise from me. It relativly simple
with alternating fingers from left and right hand.
red = left
blue = right
green = both
(it doesn't look very professional, I know)
I'll put some tapping exercises on my homepage in
a few weeks.

One thing very important about tapping is the roll-technique
(I learned this from Markus Reuter)
alternate the fingers while playing on the same fret
play a A on String 6 with finger 1, now change the finger while staying on the same fret. Alternate between 1 2 3 4 3 2 1 ...
After a while of practise you can play 8ths or 16ths, which is
a lot of fun and very usefull for composition. It's called roll-technique because your hand is rolling while your fingers move
like a wave

Another exercise
put all fingers on the fretboard, now play
1 2 3 4 2 3 4 3 4 2 3 4 1 ... with left hand
when this works, play the same thing on the right hand at the
same time (or practise it seperatly)
Ok, then play
left 1 2 3 4 2 3 4 3 4 2 3 4
right 4 3 2 1 3 2 1 2 1 3 2 1
