HP...
I hadn't been to your web site for a while, and I am MOST impressed...the video, the streaming audio, etc. Good work!!
Six-string tappers, like you, Adam Fulara, and Stanley Jordan, have my deepest respect. What you do is very difficult. Is your guitar in straight 4ths or in a normal guitar tuning?
Make sure you check out my Jimmie Webster mini-site, including excerpts from his album at:

Hi rjgoos,
thanks for your great feedback about my work. In fact it was a lot of work and I am glad that it is over now so I can get back to music now. :)
I use a normal tuning on my guitar and yes you are right the touch technic onyl on the 6-string guitar is really a hard thing. Since I am a professional pianist as well I know the difference.
I know the work of Adam Fulara. He is doing a great job as well and stanley jordan is still unreached is his way of playing the guitar.

HP,
Approximately what percentage of your guitar school material is orientated towards two-handed tapping, and what percentage towards "traditional" guitar playing?
Thanks,
Jay

At the moment there are 3 videos available with are showing the basics of 2 handed - tapping on the normal guitar and one which is showing a traditional way of playing rock - guitar. It depends on the request and the feedback I get from the subscribed members - student what kind of topic I will add.
The system works that way that you can subscribe for one year for 50 US$ and that you have the possibility to request for a theme or topic also the touch technic. Then I will add to any request in future updates in my guitarschool.
It is clear that now in phase 1 ( opening ) I first have to see how many people are willing to pay for this service ( at the time I have 3 subscribed students ) and what my students are requesting. If I don't get any request I will keep it around 40 % touch technic and 60 % traditional guitarplaying in the future I guess. If I don't get more than 50 - 100 students in the time-schedule of one year I will not make any regulary updates anymore. But the contents in the school are more worth then 50 US$ till now anyway.
The next update will follow in january.

Hi, HPcrazy,
Perhaps you would consider writing a short article introducing this technique, for posting in the Tappistry.Org Articles section? (It would of course have a bio and link to your site and additional resources.)
If interested, please contact Articles Guru rjgoos about this possiblity. If you don't have his email, you can Private Message him through Tappistry.Org of course.

I wen tto the main site (I LOVE the song on the video!), but when I tried to check out the guitar school all I got were error messages. When will it be back on-line?

Hi David,
in fact the URL is not valid anymore. I did a quite a lot of promotion work for the school when I started in Nov. 04. But I did not get enough feedback or anwsers on my emails I was writing all around the net. It turned out that the efforts I was doing did not give enough payback related to big load of work I was doing. Since I am very busy in these days anyway I dicided to stop the school and I payed back money to the subscribers I allready had.
Anyway there is now a free service with very limited updates und support service at http://www.hpcrazy.com/guitarforum . Somewhere you can download the video you were mentioning and somewhere there are some short free lessons and one more extended video-lesson on the basics of the touch - technic for guitar.
Just register for free to get access.
I think that people missed a good chance to get a great service for low money, but I did the best I could to get it running and I told everybody under which circumstances the system would work with at least 50 subscribers. For for me it is OK since I get a lot of request anyway.
Greetings
