Hi, Folks,

I've finally prepared a new issue of the MegaTapper Newsletter. This issue will soon be online, and I'll be sending email announcements with a link.

This issue has another "Left-Hand Chords" lesson, and is written to be applicable either to bass strings tuned in ascending fourths, or bass strings in inverted fifths (as is common on Sticks). Also in this issue is an interview with soundclips, news about the Belgian E-Tap and the Double Contra Contrapassoondolin, a description of new Mobius Megatar models, and other news.

This is the first MegaTapper Newsletter since 2003. Since I only want to send the notice if you are truly interested, I post here to respectfully request that --

(a) if you received an email notice for the MegaTapper Newsletter in the past, but are less than enthusiastic to receive my email, please notify me at tappers@megatar.com, and I'll *REMOVE* your email address;

or (b) if you've never received the MegaTapper Newsletter and you want to, on request I'll *ADD* you. (You can sign up at http://megatar.com/english/Newsletter/Subscription/subscription.html There is no cost for a subscription.)

Thanks for your courtesy in considering my request.

PS: Also, is there someone who plays with Inverted Fifths bass tuning, who would proof the Inverted-Fifths chord charts for me?

I must apologise. In a recent update to our newsletter form, I accidentally killed two of the fields. (They look OK when you fill them in, but the info does not get relayed!)

Even worse, the two fields killed were NAME and EMAIL, and so I can't just contact the individuals.

So some folks who thought they signed up for the free MegaTapper Newsletter, did NOT get signed up, due to my blunder on the form.

The folks who failed to get their free subscription are from the states of Ohio, California, Rhode Island, Montana, Alabama, New Jersey, and Florida (plus one Warr Guitarist who called himself Reverend and gave no address at alll).

So, I apologise to these people, but could you folks who attempted to sign up please be so kind as to visit the newsletter subscription form again? (Feel free to cuss and swear in the comments form.)

The form will be found at http://megatar.com/english/Newsletter/Subscription/subscription.html

Thank you very much.
