Wildfires in California?!?!?!

I saw on CNN today that there were wildfires near Mt. Shasta, and that 100 homes have been burned.

Trak, is your place, and the Secret Megatar Laboratory, at risk of burning down??

A friend of mine has a house right in the middle of the fire, and quite possibly it's gone. The Secret Megatar Laboratory, however, is perhaps 40-50 miles away, and most likely will survive.

On the other hand, those folks in Florida, well, it looks just terrible.

Wildfires in California, hurricanes in Florida....I guess it's one of those times when I'm not so sad to be in sleepy old North Dakota.....

Glad to hear the SML is safe. Sorry to hear about your friend's place. Hope it was insured.
