Hey all...I was wondering if anyone had checked out the new version of the "fretboard viewer" on the Solene site.
I always liked the feature and sorta wished I had a 6 string version for guitar. (Actually, I really wish I'd had one 10 years ago...would have saved me some time) Anyway, he's now made it totally customizable in terms of instruments and tunings. So you can use it for a standard Sti**, 12 string, bass, DADGAD guitar, whatever. I like that fact you can plug in a tuning you may be playing around with and instantly be able to draw out whatever note patterns you're interested in. And you can either draw it up yourself from scratch or select from existing instruments/tunings.
I think it's pretty darn cool. What do you all think?
