Chapman Stick "Stickup" schematics

Was wondering if anyone out there might have a schematic for the original Stick pickup,the "Stickup"? My poly has developed a buzz and I have narrowed it down to the pickup (as opposed to a bad cable ).Perhaps it's just a loose ground wire, but before I tear into it,I'd like to know what I am looking at.It would also help in repaceing parts.Anyone have any ideas?:D
