The wait is over....
I am now the proud owner of a 10 string, standard tuning, padauk, pasv-4 Chapman Stick #4858. I want to thank those who replied to my first post inquiring about a Warr guitar. A big thanks to Ray Ashbury for letting me try out his beautiful Warr.
After borrowing a friends Stick and going to the North East Beginner Stick Seminar taught by Greg Howard I ordered one for myself. I brought one of my keyboards with me and Greg allowed me to jam with him at his gig that evening, thank you Greg it was a honor.
I come from a piano, keyboards, and voice backround with hints of guitar, mandolin, bouzouki, bass, drums and percussion thrown in as well. I play many styles of music from progressive rock to fusion, classical to metal. I am truely enjoying playing this instrument and can't wait to bring it to a gig.
If any touchstyle player near the New York area ever wants to get together to practice/jam send me an Email at fizzlepick@yahoo.com.
