I notice a German company refers to its line of travel guitars and ukeleles as "Sticks."

Actually, I thought this company's "G-Stick" didn't look like too bad of a design, if one wanted a rugged practice instrument to throw into an overhead bin of an airplane, and for playing in hotels, etc.
It will be interesting to see if a legal response to the use of the name "Stick" will occur, especially since these are now being carried by guitar mass-marketers in the US (www.samash.com). Not to open old wounds, but I have read on the internet that some of you here have been on the receiving end of lawsuits before.
