Here is some footage of a private demo that we gave to Michael W. Smith in his private studio in Nashville, Tennessee. It's VERY fun to play two tapping instruments at the same time, as many of you already know.
Tim Meeks is on the left and Jason Melani is on the right.

I'd like to see some keyboard music on two Harpejis--how about Mozart's Sonata for piano 4-hands K19d..? Anybody play that sort of thing on this instrument yet?
Mad Monk.

Great! did Michael W. try it out himself? What did he think about it?

Gary-
MWS got a kick out of it for sure, but his keyboardist, Jim Daneker, was the guy who actually ended up playing it on tour with MWS and Steven Curtis Chapman this past fall ('United' tour). I got to see it in the DC show in October. Jim is now a harpejjivangelist. :)

Mad Monk, I'm working on the Bartok Mikrokosmos peices, but so far have been unable to successfully sync audio with video in Reaper. I'm still working on the first book, so nothing as complex as a Mozart Sonata yet (and probably will not pursue a classical path, although I think it would work well on the instrument).
PS Happy Birthday!

That was a nice song. Years ago I used to bump into MWS at a West Virginia music store now and then, and see him play in Nashville a lot. Always seemed like a great guy. He had some wierd yahama keyboard that sounded really good. Years later, I am agnostic, but still have his music in my car. He has written a lot of very beautiful and technically interesting music (something not many writers achieve, let alone CCM).

Neat, I would like to hear that. I used to have a lot of audio video sync problems. Part of the problem was that my Delta 44 sound card (running on Linux) recorded audio at 48khz, and I had Blender set to 44.1khz, so they would start out right, then drift off. Also if my bit rate was too high, that would seem to make the audio get off sometimes.

Maybe you're the first one to ever play that cool stuff on the Harpejji...which must be very exciting. Please stick with it at least through the duets in vol. 2, I'm sure lots of us would like to hear them.
