does anyone know where a guy could get custom strings at a 32" scale tuned in minor 3rds?

Go to www.daddario.com and use their string tension guide. It will take some time and some scrap paper but you can come up with custom sets yourself. Then go to stringsbymail.com or juststring.com to purchase. Most music stores carry d'addario single strings too. Just make sure to write down the part numbers for each string because not all string are the same.
