Looks like an Ironwood model. Tailpiece sawn in. Flat-top head. Original Stickup (molded plastic housing).
Hardshell vinyl-sided case.
This looks similar to my first one aside from the Stickup being plastic instead of wood. Just be forewarned that these are not made for alternate setups unless you can get a bridge/tailpiece retrofit.
