I spotted this "uncrossed ascending fourths setup" Megatar on E-bay:

I was struck by the wood pickguard. I did a quick search to see if it was by one of the forum members, but did not come across a picture that looked like this.

Comes with alot of extra gear, and uncrossed tuning. Cool. a good deal I think. Too bad it's tax time.

That is actually mine. The wood pickguard seems to be popular. I only made it so I could change the pickup locations. I am getting better with the scroll saw. :)

Don't worry, I am not leaving the tapping religion. Just making some temporary adjustments to keep things smooth financially. I buy and sell a lot of stuff, I love investigating and trying stuff out. That is my Washburn J-6 Wes Montgomery Jazz Guitar for sale also.

So for the next six months I will revert back to my crappy 2x4 tapper. A friend gave me two huge sheets of 1" maple so maybe I can figure out how to make a real neck and improve my instrument.

I see that it sold to a reseller - Miracle_Mary_Anne_Music. I wonder if they are going to sell off the goodies seperatly.

It was a really good deal and I thought about it hard, but I just bought a used MaxTapper about 2 months ago - for a similar price but with no hardshell case or lapbar, which made yours a much better deal.

Yes, I usually price things pretty aggressively, I never really try to make money on eBay. I was surprised that when I sold my Mesa Road King guitar amp on Ebay, it went for the same price as a new one (without the 3 month wait of course). Wow, what an amp.

The reseller said to let him know if I had anything other tapping stuff to sell.
