Beautiful instrument, but between the walnut, mahogany, and wenge, it must be heavy.

How heavy is your Phalanx? Do you use the cross strap?

I think it's around 14 lbs., so it's pretty heavy. I don't mind too much, though... I don't use a slider strap at all... very restricting.

I hurl myself about on stage, eh?
