It may not be tapping but is still so freakin cool. I haven't been this excited about a tour in a long time. What is your favorite color. This is the Holy Grail of Awesomeness. (Can you tell I'm psyched?)

Cool. I never really listened to RTF but I love Al and Stanley. I got to meet Al and help set up his equipment (a good friend of mine is probably the biggest Al Dimeola fan on the planet) at a show in Pittsburgh. My friend was invited by Al to the show and I got to tag along and hang out. Lot's of fun. I have a pic somewhere of me holding his backup guitar which at that time was a hollow custom shop Les Paul. I also got the opportunity to see Stanley with the same friend in D.C. at Blues Alley. I sat so close that his mic boom hit my leg as he adjusted it for his upright bass. Small venues rock. Both shows were enough to make me a fan for life. I really wanted to see the Right of Strings but missed it. Oh well. I hope I get the chance to check this tour out.

I saw the first Rite of Strings tour. I was really knocked out by Al's rhythmic comping style. I mostly listened to the early RTF, but the upcoming tour has led me to check out some later albums like Romantic Warrior, and now I am just really excited about this concert. Makes me feel like I'm a teenager. (Not that I'm that old. RTF broke up by the time I was born.)
