Is it me or has the "current" article that you see when you first open up this site has been flamenco guitar for about the last year or maybe more? lol

Anybody think we should be making more use of this section? Writing some articles ourselves to be posted or sharing some interesting ones we've read elsewhere? Also I don't see anyway I could submit an article myself. It should be made possible or more obvious how to do so.

All we need is a volunteer to gather articles, and type them in. We had an Articles Guru but he was captured by aliens.

It is not difficult to get articles. They're available all over the place, and lots of people will write them for you. Interviews, and re-printing existing articles are also possible, and of course if you like writing, you could write some yourself.

Would you like to be the Articles Guru?

I'm not sure i'd give myself the title guru lol but i'd be happy to help out to a certain extent. so what do you mean, people would submit them to me than i'd organise them somehow as well as making sure they were fit for the articles section?

yeah why not i'll give it a go anyway!

Hi, Tom,

That's super!

Let's talk privately and I'll show you how to access the articles section. Please send me an email to tappers /et/ megatar.com and include phone number, thanks.

I sent an email to your tappistry inbox because i wasn't sure of the email address you'd given me, but perhaps you haven't got that.

hi, Tom,

The reason I put my email address as tappers /et / megatar.com is that the #1 way to get on a spam list is to post your email address on a website. In one study, it was discovered that 94% of the spam received came after posting an email address on a website.

So I request that you please edit your post and take our clear email address out of your post. (I already get several thousands of spam every day to wade through, thank you very much!)

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

You might also want to hide/conceal/alter your own email address, if you'd like to receive less spam :)

(And yes, when you go to the
Two-handed Tapping Heaven website (http://www.megatar.com/english/touchstyle/touchstyle.html), you will see our email address, but it's coded. Your browser sees it, but the spammers robots who harvest email addresses from websites don't see it. For anyone who wants to use this trick on their own website, the little program that encodes the email is called 'Safe Email Links Scout (http://www.bytescout.com/freeware.html)'. Our spam level dropped noticeably after I redid the Mobius Touchstyle Guitar website (http://www.megatar.com/english/home.html) with the encoded email address.)

Next, I apologize for responding slowly to the email that you sent. It went to a box I don't check as regularly, and then I was buried for the last several days, and I'm behind on answering emails. But will catch up soon! :)
