what do you guys think of this simple set up for a dual output krappy
combine the two signals with an aby box set to two inputs and one output then send it to the input on an eden wt-800 head with it attached on one side to an avatar 410 neo cab and the other side attached to an avatar 212 or 412 guitar cab.
it would basically look like this
krappy>aby>head>guitar cab + bass cab
would i loose any sort of signal definition if i were to combine the two signals into one or anything like that?

This is basically what I do. It works great. Many players prefer keeping the signals separate with two amps (for more control), but I really like the unified sound of one amp. I use a 10" speaker and a 15.

I have a 300watt Behringer keyboard amp that works very well, they make smaller ones too and they are quite affordable. I was hesitant to try one because I have had bad luck with cheap equipment before but this amp is very well built. The bass is unbelievable. Lots of stereo inputs or you can run mono into two channels. I also really like the sound of playing mono through my Line 6 pod as well. I have a Megatar with Bartolinis. The bass and melody side mix well but retain their own sound as well if that makes sense. Lately I have been playing my melody side through a Line 6 Spider II and the bass side through a Crate bass amp. Sounds good too. Even though I suck pretty badly as a player I find it easy to dial in an interesting tone. Does the Krappy have EMG's? If so you should have no prob getting a good sound.

i was thinking of getting this because eventually i'd like to play my tapper in a live situation. either get a tapper with a mono output or combine the two signals going into my eden wt-800 then connected to a madison hydra bass cabinet(21" and 12" and dual 8" and Horn)
heres the url to the cab

al caldwell uses 2 of those cabinets. I also normally play a 6 string bass so I wouldnt really need a different setup if I wanted to play my regular bass either, just change some of the tones.

I think I have that same amp - at least I don't know if Behringer make more than one 300w keyboard combo but I use mine for tapping and it's awesome.
