An instructional video sought.

Hi. I've been tapping on a bass guitar for some time now (some 4 months) and I've checked out several instructional videos about tapping a bass, but one particular vid seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth. It's "Two-handed tapping for bass" by Kjell Benner. The videos I've done are somewhat easy, but this one was advertised as quite an informative and challenging work. I was wondering, if maybe anybody here has it?

I don't have the video, but I used to play in some of the same circles as Kjell in Philly. What a player! A real nut for vintage jazz basses too.
