Tired of being a couch-tapper, or is that Monday morning quarter-tapper. I'm looking for a used Megatar (True Tapper) or ADG (10-string). Could also be interested in an NS/Stick, but they're probably out of my budget.

I'm in NNJ, but travel often to Philly/NYC. Please PM or email any offers.

Last time I checked, the wait time for a new ADG was a few months. The second set of Barts is well worth the extra money on an ADG-10. What is the wait time on a Megatar these days?

Hoping to use the instrument on a May gig. Otherwise I'll have to buy another bass to cover the extra range on some parts, and I'd rather spend the $ on a tapper. My fault for waiting so long, but it took awhile to scrounge the funds.

the Megatar you posted eclectic, didn't sell but i'm pretty sure he's gonna sell it to me..I psyched! I got aproved for a loan the day after the auction ended.

Tell if you get it, (and how much you got it for, if you want to). You should maybe be able to get it for less IMO since it has a few dents, but then again...the barts. I'd buy this in a heartbeat.

Yes, I would be interested in the price as well. Since the starting price was $900 buit the reserve was not met, then there is no telling what he was trying to get for it. If he wanted much more than that, then it would start to get close to the price of a new one.

For reference (good or bad), I paid $800 for my used Standard Dragon w/ soft case - no Barts and no string saver saddles & nut. Mine was made in the same year and looked to be in about the same condition. I got mine thru the swapmeet on this forum.

he sold it to me for the reserve, $1056 plus $30 for shipping. so $1088 total.
